Who Should Apply? (Eligibility Highlights)

  • For CSA & PO (Scale-I): Any candidate with a Graduate or Post Graduate degree (minimum 50% for CSA, minimum 55% for PO is usually preferred, check notification for exact requirements).
  • For Specialist Scale-I: Fresh CA qualified, B.Tech/M.Tech in IT/CS (min 60% marks), LLB, MBA Finance, or 4-year degree in Agriculture, etc.
  • For Specialist Scale-II: Requires 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field within a Bank/FI/NBFC, besides the technical degree (CA, IT, Law, etc.).

Age Limit (as of 30.11.2025): Varies from 21 years (min) up to 45 years (max) depending on the scale.


Application Fee Structure

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online:

  • For Clerk (CSA) Post: ₹1000.00 (Including GST)
  • For PO & Specialist Officer Posts (Scale I & II): ₹1500.00 (Including GST)

The Selection Journey

The recruitment process is straightforward and merit-based:

  1. Online Examination: A standardized computer-based test will be conducted on January 18, 2026, to filter candidates based on their aptitude and banking knowledge.
  2. Personal Interview: Candidates who successfully clear the Online Exam will be called for a Personal Interview.

Final appointment letters will be issued to those who excel in both the test and interview, subject to medical fitness.
